1. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel is another standout feature. 3.One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. Since the hotel is a bit away from the town center, having more frequent shuttle options would greatly enhance accessibility for guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend to others, particularly for its fantastic staff and cleanliness!

Plenty of private parking bays, polite, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, clean towels and sheets, nicely folded towels, and solid room slippers provided. It's not in a central location but the hotel provides free shuttle service to certain stops at certain hours. Great hospitality.

The breakfast was outstanding: a mix of continental options and a la carte or buffet Thai options. Everything delicious. The hotel is spotless, the pool is a nice touch, the room fantastic, and staff also very nice. Wifi was strong, and there's desk space for remote work. There are a few nice restaurants walking distance, and being slightly away from the main tourist area was actually a bonus. Great value for the money.
